Trovit is a search engine for classified ads, as simple as that.

Have you ever had to surf tens of sites in search of your next car, home or job? And if you don’t find anything you have to repeat the same search the next day, waisting your valuable time. Trovit’s goal is to help you find the ads you’re interested in with the least effort from you.

How does it work? Trovit’s robot visits tens of sites with classified ads (homes, cars and jobs) and allows you to search all those ads from a easy to use searchbox like the one you can find in any search engine (Google, Yahoo, MSN…). When you find an ad you’re interested in, just click on it and you will be taken to the original ad, where you will find all the information to contact the seller or employer.

You can also set email alerts or personalized RSS feeds that will inform you as soon as a new ad that interests you is published.

On the other hand, Trovit does not want to compete with classified ads sites; on the contrary, Trovit aims to be a source of traffic to those sites, as all the other search engines are. Trovit’s search results include a limited text of the ad and the user will always have to visit the original source to read the complete ad.
